Salmon Ochazuke

Salmon ochazuke on a cold winter day. When it comes to food, I am one of the laziest people in the world. If I’m hungry, I want instant satisfaction that doesn’t come out of a cardboard box. It’s convenient since there are always leftovers in the fridge at home. Heat up yesterday’s rice and fish, add nori and scallions, pour green tea over it and serve. A bland and simple meal, but enough to keep my brain running, which is the only that really matters. Everything else is transport.

  3. At your laziest you're still better than me! When I need a quick lunch I'd probably drive to McDonalds, which is terrible.

  7. It still sounds really good, and looks quite tasty as well. I used to hate leftovers for some reason, but I really enjoy them now. It's nice to have those in the fridge or freezer, ready to go. So much quicker and easier. ... however, I FAIL at using chopsticks. I am simply terrible at them.
